Securing your appointment
A £40 deposit is required to secure an appointment. This is deducted from the treatment price on the day of your appointment.
Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been paid through the online booking platform.
Cancellations and non-attendance
Deposits are non-refundable if you do not attend your appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice. Where the live booking platform displays a newer or more specific policy, that policy takes precedence.
Arriving for your appointment
Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes late. Arriving later may mean there is not enough time to complete your treatment safely, so the appointment may be cancelled and the deposit lost.
Consultations and suitability
A consultation takes place before treatment. Abi may advise against or postpone treatment where it is not considered appropriate. Please answer consultation questions fully and accurately.
Refunds
Treatments are non-refundable. This does not affect any rights you may have under UK consumer law where a service has not been provided with reasonable care and skill.
